At our small, locally-rooted studio, our team of instructors bring a wealth of experience and expertise to every yoga session. All instructors, including substitutes, are certified Yoga Teachers, holding either a 200 or 500 hour certification. Our goal at Whyoga is to provide the community with classes that will nourish the mind, body ,and spirit.. and be affordable.

Beyond our dedication to yoga practice, we are deeply ingrained in our community, regularly organizing coat drives and food drives throughout the year. Through these efforts, we've proudly donated over $800 in 2023 to various causes, including support for communities in Maui and Nepal, as well as contributions to our local food bank.

Through our Sunday donation classes, Whyoga was able to send $800, and multiple containers of clothing to the areas of North Carolina ravaged by hurricanes in 2024.

We do monthly donations to 3 organizations, and look forward to continue our help in 2025.
